Refund Policy

Everything here is a digital download, priced between $1 and $29. This policy is short because it should be.

If it's not what you expected, you get your money back

Email meekotharaccoon@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and ask for a refund. You'll get one. You don't need a reason, you don't need to justify it, and you won't be asked to fill in a form or sit through a save offer.

You keep the file. Chasing a $1 download isn't worth anyone's time, and a refund policy that treats you like a suspect is worth less than the dollar is.

If something is broken

Tell me. A broken file is my problem, not yours. I'd rather fix it than refund it — but you get to choose which.

How long it takes

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once processed, your bank or card issuer decides how fast it lands — usually a few business days, occasionally up to ten. That part isn't in my control.

About the PCRF share

A fixed share of every sale is routed to the Palestinian Children's Relief Fund (EIN 93-1057665). If you refund a purchase, that contribution comes out of my share, not theirs. You are never put in the position of taking money away from a children's hospital by asking for your dollar back. That would be a disgusting way to run a refund policy, and it isn't how this one works.
